When a child experiences abuse, it can damage how their brain is wired. Connection is no longer safe so kids build walls that prevent them from giving or receiving love. Early intervention is essential for healing and to prevent life-long devastation in the life of the victim. This is why we work in the most vulnerable communities to help families protect their children and identify red flags.

In the marginalized communities we engage, fear of authorities often hinders families from reporting abuse. We serve as a trusted ally to respond to reports and then work with local authorities to remove perpetrators whenever possible. We know that every child is worthy of a full-life free of abuse.
