GCA Application

As a child protection organization working with vulnerable populations, we are committed to a robust screening process in order to keep children safe. All potential candidates are required to complete GCA’s Staff Application to begin the screening process.

Please Read Before Completing Application: No question in this application is intended to secure information to be used in a discriminatory manner. Your application will be reviewed but its receipt does not imply that you will be employed.

Zero Tolerance for Child Abuse: Every person employed by GCA must be committed to the welfare of children and recognize GCA’s zero tolerance policy for child abuse. We oppose all  forms of child abuse, including neglect, exploitation, physical, emotional and sexual harm and any misconduct involving a child will be reported to the appropriate authorities. GCA’s policies aim to create a safe environment for every child engaged. GCA insists on all staff following correct procedures to protect children from harm.  Training in Child Protection is provided during onboarding and annually for all members of staff.

GCA’s Screening Process

  1. Applicant submits CV, completes Application, and provides three references

  2. All shortlisted applicants will participate in a Behavioral Interview

  3. All applicants are subjected to a background check in their jurisdiction

  4. GCA Leadership will review all information, make hiring decision, and extend an offer to selected candidate
